Community reviews
If you choose to submit a review, the site collects the display name, 1–5 rating and review text you enter. Approved submissions may be published on the website. Do not include email addresses, phone numbers, prescription details, diagnoses or other sensitive personal information in a review. A one-way technical hash derived from the connection address may be used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention; the public review does not display that value. Reviews can be rejected for spam, duplication, personal data, abuse, irrelevance or unsafe medical instructions.
Server logs
Your hosting provider may process standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and time of request for security, reliability and diagnostics. The exact retention and processing practices depend on the hosting provider configured by the site owner.
