Community Review Policy

How genuine reader ratings and written reviews are collected, moderated and published.

What we accept

A review must include a display name, a 1–5 rating and a written comment describing a genuine personal experience. Reviewers are asked not to submit private health information or contact details.

Moderation

Submissions may be rejected for spam, duplicate content, irrelevant material, personal data, harassment, unlawful content, promotional links or unsafe medical instructions. We do not reject a review merely because its rating or opinion is negative.

No incentives or imported ratings

We do not create reviews, preload vote counts, purchase positive reviews or import aggregate ratings from other websites. If an incentive is ever introduced, it must be disclosed prominently before publication; the current system does not offer one.

Medical context

Community reviews are personal experiences, not clinical evidence. A review is not a recommendation to start, stop or change tadalafil or any other medicine. Medical decisions should be based on qualified clinical advice and reliable prescribing information.

Structured data

Only reviews that are actually published and visible on the page are eligible to be represented in Review or AggregateRating structured data. Pending or rejected submissions are not included.

Corrections and removal

If a published review contains personal information, impersonation, abuse or another policy problem, it may be removed. The site owner should keep moderation decisions consistent with this policy rather than selectively suppressing criticism.
